Peggy Herzog is internationally certified in Total Body Modification,  Contact Reflex Analysis, Neural Organisational Technique and Microlight Therapy. She is a practitioner of Neuro Emotional Technique, and  Koren Specific Technique. She has been using neurosensory testing, often referred to as muscle testing, since 1999.   Peggy has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise  Physiology from the University of Delaware and has been working  with clients since 1986, both individually and in groups, in health and wellness. 

Upon learning muscle testing, Peggy realized this was an accurate and profound way to  communicate with the body, allowing the muscle tester access  to valuable information.   Muscle testing can be used in many applications and enables Peggy to help people get to the root cause of a symptom or issue.  Using one of the techniques she practices,  the cause or blocks, whether  physical, mental or emotional,  can be released or cleared, therefore giving the body  a better opportunity to heal.

Peggy is also a Reiki Master, practicing the Usui Reiki System of National Healing since 1998.  

As an alternative health practitioner, Peggy continues to educate herself in all of the techniques she practices. Her  goal is to help people achieve balance and wellness in any area of their life they desire.   She herself is a patient success story for  holistic health  and as a result has a passion for helping people of all ages.    Alternative Bliss Holistic Health Center is based on the concept that when the innate healing power that is within all of us is tapped into, anything is possible.
